The Review Center

White Elephant Review and Training Center is a private company founded by Katherine S. Reyes-Rulloda. Atty. Kat, as she is fondly called by her students, is a graduate of the University of the Philippines with degrees in law and broadcast communication. She started conducting tutorials as early while still a student at the UP College of Law. She later established the review center to offer high-quality review courses and materials for aptitude tests, such as the civil service exam.
